Wasn’t able to do the diamond but modified to regular push up on knees. Wasn’t able to do 15 of the dips but did 3 rounds of 12. And wasn’t able to do the wall walk ups bc I’m in a small apartment lol

So even modified I can’t do a diamond push-up fully, what’s the modified of the modifier? I also straight up can’t move my hands while doing the wall walk. I don’t have the shoulder strength and it really hurts my wrists! Would be interested in modifiers. I’m not terribly out of shape I thought? But these two sent me!

Great workout the only thing I did not do were the wall walks because I don’t have a wall to do it on lol thank you
