Hey and welcome! My name is Michelle (but most people call me Meesh). I am a NASM certified personal trainer and have been since 2016. I’m a huge advocate of making sure fitness is used as a tool to empower and strengthen yourself not just physically, but more importantly, MENTALLY. As someone who has struggled with her mental health and body image for years, I know how difficult it can be to unlearn the bs that the fitness industry has packaged and sold. I know how damning it feels, how never being enough it feels, how all consuming it feels.. It wasn’t until I started refocusing what fitness is truly for did I begin to experience how powerful of a tool it can really be. How much it currently helps manage my major depressive disorder. How much it shows me DAILY what I am capable of. How in tune I can be with my body and move it in a way that it needs or doesn’t need, guilt free. The boost of confidence it gives me. The list is endless. Fitness can be the missing puzzle piece you’ve been looking for if you allow it to be. With the right intentions in a style of training you love you can make it so and you’ve found the trainer to help you make it happen. Remember that you are not alone in your darkest hours. You’ve got backup and you’ve found it. Let’s strengthen our bodies and minds through fitness.

Training Requirements
Most workouts can be done with dumbbells, resistance bands, a mat, and a bench. Adaptable for at home and the gym. Even if working out is foreign to you or if you have zero experience that’s okay! Each session can be easily modified to meet you where you are at!
