This is the time to show up, dig deep, and see how far you can push your physique! Welcome to Season I of the Shred Challenge.
To cut to it, the training is designed to test you. You’ll be doing two sessions a day split between fasted cardio and weightlifting.
You’ll also be given the tools to set up your daily calories and macros so that you’re able to follow an individualized shred diet that will work for you.
It’s more than just staying active and eating right seven days a week. It’s about building discipline and finding a groove, a system, that you’re able to carry on for the rest of the year.
Your best physique is built by consistency and steady progress over time. So when you look back after crushing these four weeks, you’ll have a lot to be proud of and more to carry forward into the year and beyond.
