Deceptively challenging! Question: I have very limited range of motion in my left big toe that will only improve (gradually) once I have surgery. It prevents me from going very deep in reverse lunge. Should I do a different move instead?

Great workout. My partner and I are doing this workout with a 16kg, 20kg and 24kg KB (one of us starts the circuit 1 set in). We have one KB of each weight, so sometimes some of the movements are a bit light so we might pick up 28kg KB or maybe just increase the reps (mainly the ISO lateral lunge felt easy, but we just finished a 3 months of heavy goblet cossacks).
