We will work with using our arms, because the arms are the extension of the heart. As 
we activate our arms we begin to open our Heart, the seat of our electromagenetic field, 
the gateway to connect to the immense amount of unconditional love that exists in the 
Universe.

At the end of each exercise we will apply “Root lock” or “Mulabandah”, by doing so we 
are sending the powerful energy of the three lower chakras (Center of energy) into the 
higher chakras, using this energy to do spiritual work. 

We do Mulabandah by contracting the rectum, anal area, lifting the pelvic floor, 
squeezing sexual organs and bring the navel to touch the spine. We will do this while 
retaining the breath….don’t worry you will be guided through on how to do this.
