- Resistance Band

*if you don’t have these items you will be able to still complete most of the workouts & drills. Just use what you can.

What are the goals of the program?
In this course, you’ll master timeless principles and techniques to football training. You'll practice breaks, ball-handling, eye discipline as well as drive and bursting with strength and agility, and learn how to maintain a low pad level.
How to schedule the program into a week?
I strongly recommend selecting 2 workouts a week and practicing them everyday for 1 week before moving on to new drills. As an athlete it’s important to master the basics so there’s no need to rush the process.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Be disciplined & consistent with your training.
