Welcome to the Body Weight program! By popular request, I've put together a 4 week bodyweight program that consists of the workouts I give to my clients like James McAvoy, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot and Alicia Vikander. This program will help you sculpt a great looking physique while keeping you athletic and energetic like a superhero. Week 1-2 are the same and then we step up then sets and reps on weeks 3 and 4. Frequently asked questions

Do you need a gym membership?
Some of the exercises require a pull-up bar, so it’s ideal to have a gym membership. You can find substitutes at home though.
Who is this program for?
This is a unisex program for all levels. Beginners can use leas body weight, rubber-bands, etc for support. Advanced can increase the set and rep count while reducing the rest between sets
