Why only 10 latest workouts?
You have to keep up with me! I post fresh workouts and insights so you keep moving and learning!
How to use my feed/10 latest workouts?
My feed is 1-2 weeks of my week to week workout routine. My clients and I work out 5x per week. Volume depends on what your comfortable with but I recommend working out at least 3 days a week. Follow the workouts in sequence starting with whatever workout you want.
What I want you to accomplish?
By following my workouts, I will help you build a high functioning and well toned physique. I want you to look like and be able to move like an action hero!
Do I cool down from from a workout?
I don’t see the need for a cool down, if you are training right, then you are good just to go straight to recovery. Especially if your mobility is good. If there is specific tightness or issues that you are facing then stretching may be required before and after. But only if you are experiencing those problems.
How many times per week do I do cardio?
I like to have my clients do cardio anywhere from 2 to 4 days, depending on how much time they have. I usually do about 20 minutes of high-intensity cardio, which means jumping on a treadmill or machine at a high rate for up to 2 minutes, then taking 1 minute rest, then back on.
Can you save workouts so they don't disappear?
Not yet! But message me what workouts you love or want to see more of!
Don’t have a piece of equipment from one of the workouts?
Do an exercise that hits that body part. I have to improvise all the time. If you are struggling to come up with a substitute shoot me a message
