Tip: film yourself do the handstand lunges. I did today and could see that I am getting higher than I thought I was. Plus I could see I wasn’t pointing my toes.

I’m looking forward to seeing how I progress. One thing I notice is that I need to practise do bail outs near a wall- I get higher when I think there is something to fall onto. Weirdly.
