Thankyou for talking candidly about nutrition… with dancing in my childhood and then getting overweight in my teens and obese in my early 20s and having to deal with that, even attempting to follow marathon runner calories has been leaving me feeling flat by the end of training…. Im up to about 3500 cals a day now and am getting more progress on my tricks faster, and I certainly haven’t gained weight, so clearly I was not eating enough at all… and I’m guessing there’s no research per se about how much more pole takes with how new it is….

I have always turned the cold water on my face before I get out of the shower to close my pores. 
Have tried putting the rest of my body under but freak and I can’t do it. The breathing you suggest, I will give it a go.

I have a native sleep tea I drink 30mins before bed plus put a magnesium sleep lotion on my feet or a lavender essential oil roller plus diffuse the lavender oil as well.

This guy is good! I’m new to that whole way of mindset and growth, and some bits confused me HEAPS! But some was light bulb moments! 
I need to do more work on my “purpose” but I have a job I’m striving for which this will help. But my passion is pole and when I used to be an instructor… so that’s a possible goal too. Hmm 🤔
