Great ideas. Thanks for sharing! I just added a vegan glucosamine to my daily routine. Not sure if it's the placebo effect 🤔 but my knee is feeling way better already.

Thank you for motivating me to add to my daily habits this year and NOW for the new year! I have been learning from your book recommendations and add greens powder to my smoothies everyday! I have been able to exercise on and off the pole from home with your challenges on the app that I replay!
