Thankyou for talking candidly about nutrition… with dancing in my childhood and then getting overweight in my teens and obese in my early 20s and having to deal with that, even attempting to follow marathon runner calories has been leaving me feeling flat by the end of training…. Im up to about 3500 cals a day now and am getting more progress on my tricks faster, and I certainly haven’t gained weight, so clearly I was not eating enough at all… and I’m guessing there’s no research per se about how much more pole takes with how new it is….

Great ideas. Thanks for sharing! I just added a vegan glucosamine to my daily routine. Not sure if it's the placebo effect 🤔 but my knee is feeling way better already.

This video resonated deeply! Self confidence is a huge issue for me and I have a problem with self sabotaging myself regularly. Going to try and take note of the promises I keep to myself in the future

What do you think of mouth taping at night to breath through your nose while you sleep? I have heard it’s great for your health!
