Week of 4.29.24 - KB circuit & Bodyweight Abs

Start with a warm up of bear crawls. 10 reps is suggestive. Repeat as many reps as needed for a proper warmup. Follow up with 4 rounds of a kettlebell circuit. No KB? Can be done with a dumbbell instead 🤗 Finish with 3 rounds of a bodyweight ab circuit. Happy new week! Enjoy!
