Acupressure

with Kiya Hunter

The empowerment of acupressure as self-treatment lies in its ability to put the healing power back into our own hands. Acupressure, derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine, involves applying gentle pressure to specific acupoints on the body to stimulate energy flow and promote self-healing. By learning and understanding the acupressure points relevant to our individual needs, we gain the knowledge and tools to address a wide range of physical and emotional ailments. Through self-awareness and practice, we can alleviate stress, reduce pain, improve circulation, and restore balance to our overall well-being. Embracing acupressure as a self-treatment modality empowers us to take charge of our health, fostering a deeper connection with our bodies and minds. As we integrate this ancient healing technique into our daily lives, we become active participants in our healing journey, unlocking the potential for greater self-empowerment and wellness.

Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to reply! Had to go the comment route 🤣 You can put stable, direct pressure or rub the point. Stimulation and intention is what is most important here.

I’m not sure I’m doing it right. Is it constraint pressure or a more circular motion?

This is what I need! Something that doesn’t take much effort but will have a big effect. Thankyou!
