Tone and strengthen your upper body using the cable machine! If you donโt have access to a gym you can do this with a long resistance band.

Really enjoyed taking this at a slower pace. Itโs also a bit easier on the rest of your body to increase weight than messing with heavy bulky dumbbells ๐ค๐ค
