As a mother of two who has been incorporating strength training, flexibility and overall movement into her life for over 5 years I can personally tell you that the commitment comes with great reward. Training Requirements
I have a variety of beginner and home workouts that can be done with no equipment. You can enhance them by adding resistance bands and/or ankle weights. For strength training at home dumbbells and/or a barbell is required. Gym workouts will include standard gym equipment.
