Had to check in after this cardio. This definitely flows well with a foot hand crawl to inverse to get to the last exercise.

This was confronting. Due to COVID I stopped my martial arts training, and I came to realise that I am always motivated to exercise for an external motivation (belt, approval, fun with friends...) and I never have the internal motivation to get going.
So this work I'm doing along side with you is an exploration of my relationship with my body, outside any reward or comforting but the feeling itself.
My intention is to find in me the motivation for an everyday practice that becomes part of who I am.
My mind is at peace. My heart is at peace. My body is the last building block of resistances and lack of alignment.
