I’ve been avoiding this one because .... jumping. BUT!! WOW!! This was awesome. How have I gone my entire life not knowing how to jump - even studying dance at university. Woah. Those arms are everything.

How you broke down the jump technique was super useful. Wonder if this could come earlier in the foundations since squat jumping has already appeared in a few daily doses by this point.
