Nice! I did the 4 rounds and brought up some intensity and flow between sets. Let's do one more of 4 rounds and then we'll make this the norm :)

This was breakfast. Been walking as soon as I get up for 20 min then 1 daily dose as my morning routine. Thanks for the feedback on CF. Lots to think about.
