I'm truly shocked by how much your program has helped me in just a few short weeks. I'm 55 with a ton of mileage on this old body and arthritis in multiple major joints. I love this Daily Flow for its perfect mix of stretch and movement. Today I felt very strong and smooth with the movements and, huge for me, for the first time since childhood was able to squat without support with both heels on the mat. Thank you so much for these fun, impactful movement workouts.
