The resistance and thigh toning bands totally delivered today! I was not in the mood to workout but after starting, so glad I pushed myself to start. Still did 2 rounds but this time with more resistance!!! Feeling so strong today!!! β€οΈπ₯πͺππ¦΅π

I could have done a 3rd round, but I was running late lol. I love these quick workouts. I get done in just enough time and still feel great afterwards!!! π¦΅ππ₯πͺπβ€οΈ
