The side planks have always been challenging because my balance is not great. But on the 3rd round, I stacked my feet on top of each other for the first time! It was challenging but I did it!!! πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŠπŸ₯°

Quick and effective!! Used 15 pound dumbbell for crunching exercises! Only question I have, is why there's only 4 exercises on the actual workout, but there's 8 exercises on the info page. So I did all 8 haha!!! Felt amazing after this!!! β€οΈπŸ‘ŠπŸ”₯πŸ’ͺπŸ€ͺ
