Those v-ups and alternating v-ups were super challenging for me today! It was making my lower back a bit sore which I'm not sure is normal. But I stopped after my 2nd round because I lost good form. Still an amazing workout!!! πŸ”₯πŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺ

The resistance and thigh toning bands totally delivered today! I was not in the mood to workout but after starting, so glad I pushed myself to start. Still did 2 rounds but this time with more resistance!!! Feeling so strong today!!! ❀️πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŠπŸ¦΅πŸ‘

The side planks have always been challenging because my balance is not great. But on the 3rd round, I stacked my feet on top of each other for the first time! It was challenging but I did it!!! πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŠπŸ₯°
