Yes, absolutely, I offer dumbbell modifications, so you can do it from anywhere
What equipment do I need?
Gym equipment or dumbbells, a mini band, ankle attachment, hip thrust pad (all on my Amazon store front) check the insights folder
How do I get the best results?
Follow the program for 6 weeks religiously, make sure to progressive overload, take recovery days, and make sure you are getting enough protein and optimal nutrition (check out my faves recipes for inspo)

Challenging lower body workout! The alternatives are great because my condo gym doesn’t have all of the equipment/machines and the alternatives make it possible to achieve and complete the workout!
