Hi! I’m Jerell!
Just like many people I have yo-yo’d with my health and fitness throughout the years. I would go to the gym or exercise at home occasionally. I would eat “healthy” or at least what I thought was healthy. But just like many people I would fall off track over and over again. For years! So many ups and downs. Never truly fully making a commitment to myself or my future.
At my heaviest I was 250 pounds. At 5’10, 250lbs is HEAVY! I didn’t feel good. My knees hurt, my clothes didn’t fit, and I was tired ALL the time.
I knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was living. I knew I needed to make a drastic change. In 2016 I began going to the gym consistently. I became more active and started to feel better about myself. Although I was exercising more than I had been in the past, my intake still wasn’t great. I still wasn’t eating the best. I could feel myself falling back into my old unhealthy ways. I absolutely did NOT want that to happen.
So in 2018, I truly began my fitness journey. I dialed in my intake and what I was consciously consuming. It wasn’t easy. It was actually extremely difficult. But at that point, I knew it was now or never. I figured out what worked best for me and I stuck with it. Over the course of 8 months I managed to not only lose 30 pounds but add muscle, definition, and conditioning I never had.
I continued to work hard over the years and get to a place where I not only feel comfortable in my own skin, but I am also able to share my experiences and expertise to help others.
Today, I still continue to put in the work in the gym and the kitchen. Additionally, I have complied workouts and meal plans from throughout the years which have helped me get to where I am.
Now I am sharing these all with you! If you have made it this far, you are truly committed to your health, your fitness, and your future.
