Personal Trainer / Nutritionist

Hi! I’m Jerell! Just like many people I have yo-yo’d with my health and fitness throughout the years. I would go to the gym or exercise at home occasionally. I would eat “healthy” or at least what I thought was healthy. But just like many people I would fall off track over and over again. For years! So many ups and downs. Never truly fully making a commitment to myself or my future. At my heaviest I was 250 pounds. At 5’10, 250lbs is HEAVY! I didn’t feel good. My knees hurt, my clothes didn’t fit, and I was tired ALL the time. I knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was living. I knew I needed to make a drastic change. In 2016 I began going to the gym consistently. I became more active and started to feel better about myself. Although I was exercising more than I had been in the past, my intake still wasn’t great. I still wasn’t eating the best. I could feel myself falling back into my old unhealthy ways. I absolutely did NOT want that to happen. So in 2018, I truly began my fitness journey. I dialed in my intake and what I was consciously consuming. It wasn’t easy. It was actually extremely difficult. But at that point, I knew it was now or never. I figured out what worked best for me and I stuck with it. Over the course of 8 months I managed to not only lose 30 pounds but add muscle, definition, and conditioning I never had. I continued to work hard over the years and get to a place where I not only feel comfortable in my own skin, but I am also able to share my experiences and expertise to help others. Today, I still continue to put in the work in the gym and the kitchen. Additionally, I have complied workouts and meal plans from throughout the years which have helped me get to where I am. Goals
My playbook will help you gain muscle, build endurance, increase performance and mobility…but most importantly shred any unwanted fat you are holding onto. You will start with basic movements and gradually transition to advanced. All while focusing on form and mind to muscle connectivity. Consistency is key! Staying Active & healthy is all about longevity and feeling good. Throughout this training, not only will you feel good but you will transform into the person you’ve always wanted to be.
Training Requirements
For most of my workouts you will need access to basic gym equipment (dumbbells, bench, cable machine, treadmill, yoga mat, etc.) Although, you can do some modified exercises at home as well.
