Warm up to 70% of 1rm and use that for your 4 working sets

Bench

Have the seat slightly higher than your normal setting. Really keep elbows tucked

Incline machine press

Lay in side around 30-45° incline and raise your arm 7 times only going half way up. Then 7 top half them 7 more full

Side support lateral raise 21s

On a lower incline pull the dumbells just past your forehead

DB Face Pull

Use a rope or really any of your preferred cable attachments and do 10 sets of 6 with 15 sec rest. Start at a hard weight and drop set over the course of the set if you start to fail. Such an insane pump

Tricep rope
