29:55 with 30s. Drove from airport directly to gym after Vegas weekend making it twice as tough. Not recommended.

DB squat press = 30lbs
DB renegade rows = 20lbs
Finished in 38:02. Had to take some quick breathers throughout. Probably could’ve done the first couple rounds faster

Used 25lb DBs for the squat presses and renegade rows. Stayed consistent through all 10 rounds. Did speed ropes instead of jacks and kept it 100+ jumps each round to push myself. Finished in 00:34:36.
