Get into a neutral high plank. I prefer to be on my fists. Raise on leg and bend at the knee bringing your leg across your chest.  Then lift your leg up into a fire hydrant and then back to the starting position.  Repeat 25 times on each leg.

Plank leg crossovers for Abs

Advanced move for abs. For a less advanced move lay on the flat ground. 

Holding on to the slanted bench behind your head lift one leg up at a time and squeeze your abs. Slowly lower your leg and the n repeat with the other leg.

Slanted plank single leg raises

Advanced move. Hang from a bar and attach a weight to your ankle. Raise your knees and move your legs with the weight from aide to side. This will work the obliques and developer the V Taper

Weighted hanging side crunches

I love the ab activity but it's not 45 minutes long. Even if you took 5 minute breaks in between each set, it wouldn't be 45 minutes long.
