After being unhappy with my body for years I finally decided to take action! I lost 40 lbs, got pregnant, gained it all back & now lost it all again! I feel like I am in the best shape of my life, mentally and physically, and you can be too! The issue I always had is that I have a short attention span and the typical workouts just didn’t do it for me! I get bored VERY easily and realized I need to change it up each day. So I decided to make my own workouts, using my backgrounds in boxing, martial arts, yoga, and more. So if you feel stuck, or want a change of pace and some real results, try one of my programs! It worked for me!

My goal is to give you the change you’ve always wanted to see. I know what it feels like to be discouraged, unhappy, frustrated and feel like giving up. This is a lifestyle, a journey, and I am so excited to start it with you!

Training Requirements

My workouts can be done anywhere. Some may require equipment and weights, but there are always alternatives to use if you are traveling or just don’t have access to the equipment. You’re body weight is available 24/7 💪🏽
