After being unhappy with my body for years I finally decided to take action! I lost 40 lbs, got pregnant, gained it all back & now lost it all again! I feel like I am in the best shape of my life, mentally and physically, and you can be too! The issue I always had is that I have a short attention span and the typical workouts just didn’t do it for me! I get bored VERY easily and realized I need to change it up each day. So I decided to make my own workouts, using my backgrounds in boxing, martial arts, yoga, and more. So if you feel stuck, or want a change of pace and some real results, try one of my programs! It worked for me!

What are the goals of these workouts?
To stay active and healthy during / after your pregnancy. But these are also great workouts for beginners!
What equipment do you need for these workouts?
When choosing a workout, the equipment needed will be listed in the workout description! Most workouts can be done with just bodyweight, however dumbbells, booty bands & resistance bands (with or without handles) are preferred. For cardio, feel free to substitute the treadmill, bike or jump rope with any sort of movement (walking, dancing, or anything to get the blood flowing).
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are great for beginners or anyone who is pregnant or post-natal!
