Get that body you’ve always dreamed of with this 4 week total body program that will make everyone who did you wrong regret it! You will have access to both the gym version and home version that requires only minimal equipment (dumbbells, bands and a place to move your body). That way, you can mix it up on days you don't have access to full gym equipment - no excuses! There will be 5 training days, one active rest day, and then one day off, which you can take at any point throughout the week. 

As always feel free to reduce/increase time, sets, or reps to modify or make more advanced! You can also modify to your needs by increasing the weight being used each week and adding light weights to shadow boxing circuits as you see fit!
