Body Blast workouts vary every time. They will help you make extra progress for those muscles we are training at that time. Sometimes we want to give some extra challenge for abs.. sometimes we would like to boost fat burn..and sometimes we want to target that booty!

We’ll do both bodyweight workouts and weighted workouts.
