I just started a year ago and I find it hard to keep up sometimes but now that I know main important postures I can finally feel a flow and this one was perfect at the end with the breathe in silence I loved it and it flowed I love how you said find your dance because it is just learning to feel it inside out with every vertebrae love this flow!!
