I love when theres ab/floor work at the end!

Great full body workout!! A little tough since I'm getting over a nasty cold, but I made it through! My only suggestion is to slow down the post workout stretching a bit. It felt just a little rushed in this one. I personally don't mind the workout being a little longer to accommodate stretching.

Loved all of the moves in this one! Great total body workout with some really fun combos. The ball is always fun and the sliders were a good challenge 👍 The workout went by so fast!

Just did this one for a second time. The first time was several months ago. It's amazing to see how much more capable I felt doing it this time! I've been working on strength and endurance with Heidi in all the other videos and it feels great to see so much progress!
