Decided to change things up and make this workout a circuit! This one will be tough but try not to rest during working set time. Take advantage of the 30 seconds rest! Letโs kill it! ๐ค

Hell yeah, I completed the first 3, barely, but got em. The v ups and the plank step, I went to failure. That v up tears me up lol. Much pain and burn, but I'm working on it. Thank you boss. Keep grinding.
