What do I need to participate? All you will need is a light to medium pair of dumbbells

Those who are new to fitness, taken a break from fitness, or are coming off an injury, pregnancy, or time away
Because the free trial is 7 days, there are 7 workouts in this mini-program. A workout for each day.
Are there any modifications for the exercises? Yes! In the live workouts my sister will demonstrate the modifications.
I’ve also included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
