Today we are going to get outside and sprint a little bit!
You can use an indoor track, but a treadmill won't do the trick here.
Don’t forget to warm up for 5-10 minutes to get the blood flowing.

Killer workout! Reminded me of plyometric training back in my HS football days. Conveniently ran out of time and had to go to work 5 min into the HIIT cycle right before I was ready to throw up!
