Hip Thrust

Used this when learning split squats for the first time today. It’s so useful to have during workouts! I found switching from a bench to a step really helped my balance. Onwards and upwards with these!

I really struggle with split squats & have them today! What I’ve realised immediately is that I need to use a lower step to help stabilise me and build up to a bench height. I’m going to enjoy them today because I’m going to take it slowly and mindfully. Really helpful 🙏

Just watched a few of the fix your form videos (I really should watch these more often) and I just love how you explain and demonstrate the movements. So simply put, encouraging and beginner friendly. Wish I lived closer to you so I could be one of your gym trainees!
