Used this when learning split squats for the first time today. It’s so useful to have during workouts! I found switching from a bench to a step really helped my balance. Onwards and upwards with these!

I really struggle with split squats & have them today! What I’ve realised immediately is that I need to use a lower step to help stabilise me and build up to a bench height. I’m going to enjoy them today because I’m going to take it slowly and mindfully. Really helpful 🙏
