Hi Queens! Welcome to your “Fix your form Queen” section 💪🏼👑 I know myself personally how intimidating weights can feel initially and the overwhelming anxiety of whether or not you’re doing things properly so I hope this section helps ease those feelings! I wasted a lot of time in the gym preforming movements incorrectly which really prevented me from building my confidence and strength. Now, I want to ensure you don’t waste the time I did and help you feel comfortable during the movements in your programmes! Every month new movements will be added and I’ll be talking you through them step by step, how to preform them, where you should be feeling them, and any tips I have for building your confidence during them 🏋🏻‍♀️ Never forget, it’s completely OK to be a beginner at something you’re interested in and it’s completely OK to get things wrong, that’s how you learn. You should be so proud of yourself for having the courage to learn something new! Give yourself all the time you need to learn, letting yourself build your confidence without pressure and always take things at your own pace, appreciating the progress you’re making, no matter how big or small ♥️

Hi Queens, I’m Georgina! After wasting most of life at war with body, regardless of it’s shape or size. I now pour that same energy into every single person I work with as an accredited Personal Trainer and Online Coach. Helping people build the confidence they deserve in themselves, their bodies and movement is something I’m incredibly passionate about. If you still don’t understand how to do the movements that’s completely OK! Everyone learns differently and if you need something explaining in a way that suits you, please message me and I’ll always help as much as I can 💗
How often will new movements be added?
Every month I’ll be covering three-five separate movements, for upper and lower body, to support you build your confidence with things and hopefully help make the movements feel more comfortable for you ✨
