Welcome to your “Fix your form Queen” section 💪🏼👑
I know myself personally how intimidating weights can feel initially and the overwhelming anxiety of whether or not you’re doing things properly so I hope this section helps ease those feelings!
I wasted a lot of time in the gym preforming movements incorrectly which really prevented me from building my confidence and strength. Now, I want to ensure you don’t waste the time I did and help you feel comfortable during the movements in your programmes!
Every month new movements will be added and I’ll be talking you through them step by step, how to preform them, where you should be feeling them, and any tips I have for building your confidence during them 🏋🏻♀️
Never forget, it’s completely OK to be a beginner at something you’re interested in and it’s completely OK to get things wrong, that’s how you learn. You should be so proud of yourself for having the courage to learn something new!
Give yourself all the time you need to learn, letting yourself build your confidence without pressure and always take things at your own pace, appreciating the progress you’re making, no matter how big or small ♥️
