- Keep core super tight

High plank shoulder taps

- Lying on back
- Tuck your knees up in a controlled manner
- Do not swing back and forth
- Focus on activating your core
- Lower and repeat

- Reaching behind the head 
- Extend the legs out 
- Reaching around the body and touching ankles and bringing the knees the chest at the same time
