- Then go immediately into mountain climbers 2x

Plank up/down to mountain climber

- Keep your elbow underneath your shoulder, and feet stacked on top of each other
- Press your hips toward the ceiling to make a straight line from head to toe
- Bring the hips to the ground while keeping upper body

Elbow side plank crunches

- Start with your feet on the fground and your back and knees at 90 degrees
- Extend your arms and keep your core engaged
- Pass dumbbell through while keeping your hips square

Pike plank pass through

- Keep your elbow underneath your shoulder, and feet stacked on top of each other
- Press your hips toward the ceiling to make a straight line from head to toe
- Bring your hand to sky then reach back behind body keeping core tight
