The originality of the workouts are what keeps me coming back for more. It is an athlete driven program that gets you results quick! The creativity of the movements and the thought process of getting you started with just quick workouts really shows how much Eliza cares about her clients. This workout was just 10 minutes but it broke a sweat and got my endorphins going when I am a momma to a 7 month old, it’s hard to find time too workout.
