The squeezing of the ball between the ankles gave immediate relief to my knee pain. Love this one!

The balI exercise I not only felt it in my thighs but also pelvic and groin area .
Iβm very weak since my strokes a few years ago and Iβm sure Iβm going to feel it more and more at first .
