Thank you Dr Jacob! Your timing is impeccable! I have been hyper focusing on my feet for a while now since I broke my 2nd metatarsal in 2020 and my knees have been answering back! My end goal is to be able To squat again, I’m not even certain when that ability left my body though I know I need to get it back!

Does this help focus on strengthening your LCL? I’ve sprained them both in the past due to Jui Jitsu
