                        Irish athlete and personal trainer for over a decade. Fitness has always been an integral part of my life as the son of a P.E. teacher. Having made the career transition from electrician to one of NYC’s top fitness instructors and personal trainers, I’m not shy of hard work. My goal is to help as many people as I possibly can in any way I can. What you do in the gym and in your workouts transitions into real life situations, so let’s get strong AF shall we!! I’ll be providing workouts that you’ll be able to do in the comfort of your own home, at your local gym, or on the road. I’ll have programs that will grow your biceps as well as your booty!                         Do I need to purchase equipment?
                        It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
