When should I do each one of these workouts? Honestly, it would be ideal to incorporate each one of these components before, during and at the end of each one of your workouts.
There is a lot of new techniques and movements here. How do I start? Best way to start incorporating these techniques is just taking one component and then maximize it.
For example, the joint by joint mobility would be great to incorporate before your workouts AND/OR in the morning as part of your morning routine.
Same for your decompression and breathing portion. Maybe utilize that during your night time routine.
Do I have to do each movement for the specific amount of reps and sets. The reps and sets are really just guideline for you. But if you are incorporating these movements into your routine , don’t worry if you did 8 reps instead of 10.
It’s about what you feel and the experience you are able to cultivate around the movement principles that I cue.
