What do I need to participate? Nothing! There are several exercises that require access to gym equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, ab wheel, or a pull up bar, but I give modifications to EVERY exercise so that you do not need any equipment to do the program.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts are designed for all levels
I provide an in-depth coaching video at the beginning of each day to provide beginner to advanced progressions and modifications of the exercise for the day.
Are there any modifications for the exercises? Yes! I’ve included modifications in the intro video for each day. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
