This workout was intense but very doable. As someone that’s been super obese and lost almost 200 pounds and then regaining during the pandemic, I had lost myself. Mox’s program has been a game changer for me. Not only does he incorporate movement that even the most immobile can do, he shows you that it gets hard for him too and he’s in top tier shape. Trust me use your coin for something sustainable and support a young man who’s going to change lives 💪🏾
