I am TRULY getting better, weeks ago I couldn’t do the happy be today I’m happy af lol. I did have to do the alternate for the counter top exercise because I want my deposit back when I move can’t be breaking the granite. All in all good workout. Thank you Mox 💪🏾

I was a bit nervous; due to arthritis in my right knee but man these workouts were so easy on me! Once I made it to round 4, I knew to keep pushing and I did. Today was the first time in YEARS I was able to touch my toes doing the seated toe touch! This workout did wonders for my mobility and flexibility. Looking forward to day 2.

It was a great at home workout I have a daughter and it’s hard to get to the gym and I want to get my body back how I was before her I definitely broke out into a nice sweat and felt it! Very excited for this journey
